  • Police incident reports: contact the department whose officer created the report, including Summerville, North Charleston, or St. George police when applicable.
  • Expungement: begin a General Sessions matter with the First Judicial Circuit Solicitor at 101 Ridge Street, second floor, St. George, SC 29477; 843-871-2640; summary matters begin with the court that disposed of the charge.

Administrative hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays except holidays, but the online portal remains the required formal route for Sheriff and Detention Center records.
